After adding your third-party email account as a send-and-receive successfully on, you will be able to use 'send as' option when creating new emails. Select Leave a copy of messages on the server (if required) Outgoing server port: 465 with SSL, 587 with TLS Incoming server port: 993 with SSL, or 143 with no SSL Password: password for your Private Email mailbox Username: full Private Email mailbox name Note : For adding the third email address, please click arrow beside E-mail field, select E-mail 3 from drop down list, and type the third email address into the right box. On the next page configure the settings as follows:Äisplay name: enter the name you would like to see in the FROM fieldÄ®mail address: full Private Email mailbox name In the Contact window, please click arrow beside E-mail field, select E-mail 2 from drop down list, and type the second email address into right box. Click OK and the Import process will begin. In the dialog box, drag and drop the fields on the left to the right: âFrom: (Name)â > âNameâ and âFrom: (Address)â > âE-mailâ. Select type of the account IMAP/SMTP or POP3/SMTP and click OK:Ħ. Check the box in front of âImport into Folder: Contactsâ.Click the New option to add a new contact. Select Manually configure account settings and click OK:Ä¥. When logged in to your e-mail account, click the down arrow next to the Outlook logo and name in the upper-left corner. NOTE: Click +Add more to add more fields to the contact form. Choose the Sync email option, and click Other email accounts:Ĥ. Click the New contact button in the ribbon that is above the navigation panel. Click on the gear icon on the upper right part of the mailbox page and choose View all Outlook settings:Ä£. Accounts that were connected before May 10, 2021, will continue to sync as usual.Ä¢. NOTE: Microsoft removed the ability to connect new accounts to on May 10, 2021.
